We also have Solid Color Labels in red, blue, yellow and green to help you create your own customized color-coded system instead of writing protected health information on the folder. For example, use red for "Medical Alert" and yellow for "Allergies." These HIPAA labels are pink with black text and are 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" foldover mylar.
